Arrive with no makeup or skincare products on your lashes.

Do not wear contact lenses to the appointment, as they may cause irritation during the procedure.

Lash Room Etiquette:

Remove your shoes before entering the lash room.

Lash Care & Aftercare:

Follow all aftercare tips provided to ensure the longevity of your lashes.

Contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns regarding your lashes.

Punctuality:

Inform us if you anticipate being late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Booking Fees & Cancellations:

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 

If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your original appointment, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.
